European Conference of Human Genetics, 2019

Publicado por DLab en

Some members of this lab have participated, as in previous editions, in the European Conference of Human Genetics held in Gotheburg, Sweden presenting communications related to different projects:

– Characterization of a CRISPR-Cas9 cell model for Alström Syndrome (https://www.abstractsonline.com/pp8/#!/7874/presentation/2619).

-Rare variants of ABCC8 identified in Spanish patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (https://www.abstractsonline.com/pp8/#!/7874/presentation/1428).

-Analysis of the UTR regions of endothelin-1 (EDN-1) (https://www.abstractsonline.com/pp8/#!/7874/presentation/1427).

In addition to sharing our work, we have managed to get an idea of what is being studied and what results each research group has found. It was a few days of updating and learning.

Normally, these events are linked to current issues, therefore, the contents shown are of recent discovery; Many publications are presented at the same congress for later publication or even projects that are currently being carried out. That is to say: you return home up to date and with new ideas.

We have made new contacts with people related to the field of our research … and we have done tourism in the second city of Sweden with 14 hours of sun, heat wave, many people on the street and a very lively atmosphere … we will come back in winter!
